Terms of Service

You're responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to connect any accounts you link.

Use the Cockpit lawfully and in line with the terms of the platforms you connect (such as Meta/Instagram). Don't use it to publish unlawful, infringing or abusive content, or to abuse the service or others.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials require no credit card; if you choose a paid plan, charges begin when you subscribe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period and there are no cancellation fees.

You own your brand, content and data. You grant us the permissions needed to operate the service on your behalf (for example, to generate, store and publish content you create or approve). We don't claim ownership of your work.

We work to keep the Cockpit reliable but provide it on an "as is" basis without warranties. Features may change as the product evolves; we'll be clear about what's live versus coming.

To the extent permitted by law, Artwing Cockpit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
