Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

This policy explains what information Artwing Cockpit collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email and password (hashed) when you sign up.

Brand and content data: the brand details, assets, posts and settings you add so the Cockpit can do its job.

Connected accounts: access tokens for platforms you connect (e.g. Instagram, Meta), stored encrypted and used only to perform the actions you authorise.

Usage data: basic logs and analytics about how the service is used, to keep it secure and improve it.

How we use information

To provide and operate the Cockpit — planning, creating, publishing, engaging, advertising and measuring on your behalf.

To secure accounts, prevent abuse and maintain an audit trail of significant actions.

To communicate with you about your account, support requests and service updates.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers to operate the service — for example payment processing (Stripe) and the social and advertising platforms you connect (such as Meta/Instagram). These providers process data under their own terms and only as needed to deliver their part of the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Security

We protect data with encryption at rest (AES-256 for sensitive credentials), TLS in transit, read-scoped access and optional two-factor authentication. See our Security page for details.

Your choices

You can access, update or delete your information from your account, or by contacting us. You can disconnect any connected platform at any time, which revokes our access.
